You can... Share through our surveys
Tell us about your maternity or neonatal care so we can flag up any areas of concern or praise with the Rosie Hospital, Cambridge, Peterborough City Hospital or Hinchingbrooke Hospital and their community services. You may feel that alone, your opinions and feelings about your maternity or neonatal care, whether good or bad, will not make a difference but by drawing experiences together as a group we can make sure our voices are heard and taken seriously.

You can ... Speak with us
Book a 121 call with our trained service user reps to share your maternity or neonatal experience by filling in the form below. Please note that we are not midwives or counsellors, our role is to listen to your experience and then feedback trends to the hospital to help us to co-produce change and improvement. We do not pass on your contact information to the hospital and all concerns and praise shared with us is collected into themes and fed back anonymously to the senior staff. Specific complaints should be directed to PALS which is the hospital's formal complaints & concerns department.

If you are experiencing any difficulties following your pregnancy, birth or neonatal experience please talk to your GP, community midwife, health visitor or Petals Free Counselling Service for help and support.
